In this delivery-oriented role, you will work collaboratively with Solution Architects and AWS specialists to ensure seamless integration and technical execution of CCaaS projects. Your expertise in cloud-based contact centers and enterprise integration will be crucial as you design and implement impactful solutions. Understanding the nuances of agentic AI and contact center technologies is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical design across CCaaS platforms
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE architectures
• Assist in CCaaS migration initiatives
• Document agentic AI workflows and integrations
• Analyze system integrations with enterprise systems Requirements:
• 2–4 years in Technical Analyst or Engineering support
• Experience with contact center technologies
• Knowledge of CCaaS platforms and cloud concepts
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
