Technical Lead Software Engineer

Shape technical strategy at Prenuvo by leading mission-critical software initiatives, mentoring engineers, and guiding architecture across teams.The Senior Engineer II is a senior technical leadership position responsible for complex software delivery and engineering quality. You will independently lead ambiguous initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and influence project and team-level decisions. The role emphasizes strategic planning, mentorship, AI-assisted coding workflows, and clear communication with technical and business partners.Key Responsibilities:
Lead large, ambiguous, or mission-critical initiativesInform technical direction and long-term architectural evolutionMentor engineers through technical and design challengesCoordinate work across engineering groups and stakeholdersRaise engineering quality through tooling and documentationRequirements:
Seven or more years solving complex technical challengesAbility to provide deep technical guidanceExperience breaking projects into actionable componentsDemonstrated cross-functional collaboration with coworkersMotivation to improve service quality, reliability, and performanceUse technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic planning to advance Prenuvo’s software engineering direction and patient-focused mission.
