Become a key player at GreenShield as an In-House Legal Counsel, providing vital corporate and commercial legal support. As part of your responsibilities, you will work alongside the Associate General Counsel, offering practical legal advice on a variety of business-related issues. Your expertise in drafting agreements and navigating compliance will support product development and procurement processes. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and enhance operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and NDAs • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to completion • Identify operational legal risks and propose strategies • Support compliance efforts across various business units Requirements: • 1 to 5 years of relevant legal experience • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in health sectors • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Strong collaborative spirit with diverse teams Utilize your legal insights to drive successful health initiatives at GreenShield. #J-18808-Ljbffr
