Contexte Notre équipe Customer Support est dédiée à l’exploitation des solutions achats Ivalua pour nos clients AMER après la mise en production. L’équipe RUN AMER grandit pour garantir la satisfaction d’un nombre croissant de clients. Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Client Support Logiciel.
Rôle Au sein de l’équipe RUN, vous travaillez sur un portefeuille de clients en France et à l’international. Vous pilotez la relation client sur la maintenance de l’application d’achat en termes opérationnels et techniques.
Responsabilités Interlocuteur dédié pour l’administrateur client de la solution Ivalua sur 1 à 5 comptes.
Garantie de la satisfaction client par expertise technique.
Réunions hebdomadaires (priorisation des demandes) et mensuelles (bilan de la maintenance, plan d’amélioration et nouveaux sujets) avec le client et le partenaire intégrateur.
Suivi et qualification des demandes clients.
Réalisation de troubleshooting des anomalies jusqu’à la root‑cause et correction des paramétrages.
Suivi et communication client sur les corrections génériques et spécifiques.
Analyse des besoins, des écarts et des processus du client pour les demandes d’évolution.
Liaison avec les ingénieurs projet, réalisation de chiffrages de demandes.
Paramétrage de la solution et réduction du code spécifique.
Préparation des upgrades : code générique vs. spécifique, paramétrages, tests.
Recette client et mise en production.
Support client et suivi des anomalies associées.
Formation aux nouveautés et avancées du produit.
Support aux partenaires et clients.
Remontées à la R&D des besoins clients et des projets.
Participation ponctuelle à des ateliers clients de spécification et de paramétrage.
Profil Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, principalement en C#, .NET et SQL Server.
Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’ingénieur d’application client ou en contact direct avec les clients.
Aptitude à rechercher des solutions de configuration plutôt que de nouveaux développements et codages.
Qualités Recherchées Anglais courant à l’écrit et à l’oral.
Autonomie, bonne gestion des priorités.
Capacité à gérer les relations clients.
Orientation résultats et solides compétences en leadership.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps.
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes, capacité à travailler sous pression.
Capacité à s’adapter aux contraintes des clients et des partenaires.
Compétences Linguistiques L’anglais est requis car nous servons des clients partout au Canada depuis Montréal; une majorité de l’activité est conduite en anglais tout en offrant la possibilité à l’employé de travailler en français.
