Assisted Stretch Specialist at Life Time

Enhance member wellness as an Assisted Stretch Specialist with Life Time. Lead educational assisted stretching and recovery sessions to promote healthier lives and a supportive community. At Life Time, you'll support client health by developing comprehensive and professional stretch programs. This role includes leading assisted stretch sessions using various techniques, conducting demos, and promoting personal training services. Your work will inspire members to feel confident and achieve their health goals while ensuring a safe and motivating environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized stretch and recovery client programs
• Guide clients in assisted stretch and recovery sessions
• Conduct demos for new clients and assess program suitability
• Provide fitness floor assistance to enhance member experience
• Document all aspects of client programming

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certified
• One year of personal training experience preferred
• Knowledge of assisted stretching techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform aerobic activities
