Lead Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient projects with Accenture. This role combines client collaboration and technical expertise in a strong healthcare IT consulting environment. Accenture is searching for an experienced Epic Consultant Team Lead to work on vital projects in healthcare IT. You will cooperate with software vendors and clients to document workflows, define product requirements, and support testing activities. This role is essential in ensuring successful client implementations, optimizations, and upgrades. Key Responsibilities:
- Document current state business workflows efficiently
- Assist in analyzing and designing new workflows
- Define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Collaborate on defining metrics and project performance goals
- Participate in testing activities and quality management reviews
- Bachelor’s degree or related college program
- Minimum 3 years in Healthcare IT with Epic experience
- Experience and certification in EpicCare Ambulatory/Clinical Documentation
- English proficiency for stakeholder interactions
- Consulting firm experience is a bonus
