Virtual Care Registered Nurse Women’s Health
Modern Menopause
Contribute to women's health initiatives as a Virtual Care Registered Nurse specializing in menopause. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive virtual care to mid-life women. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in women's health to oversee virtual care delivery, focusing on menopause assessments and treatment. Collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, delivering evidence-based, compassionate care. Your passion for patient education and strong clinical judgment will empower women during their menopause journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct expert virtual consultations for menopause assessments
- Deliver comprehensive follow-ups for menopause-related concerns
- Craft personalized treatment plans for each patient's needs
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy
- Empower patients with education on lifestyle modifications
- Active Quebec nursing license and willingness to apply for Ontario
- Bilingual in French and English
- Specialized experience in women’s health and hormone therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques
