We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional to join our ESC Business Support team. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and playing a critical role in the success of HR operations, this opportunity is for you.

Job Description

This is a temporary contract until September 30, 2027.

Your Impact:

As a key partner to the People & Culture and Management teams, you will help ensure the quality and integrity of the data that supports the entire employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and approve employee transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, and other workforce changes.
• Validate position, compensation, vacation, bonus, and other employee-related data.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of information within Workday and other HR systems.
• Support payroll operations by preparing data loads and performing required validations.
• Process employment terminations and prepare Records of Employment (ROEs).
• Provide guidance, training, and support to managers on HR systems and processes.
• Contribute to integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational changes.
• Participate in SOX controls and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR and Payroll.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries through email and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

You are known for your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You have:

• A college diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Experience with a workforce management or timekeeping system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
