Vice President Growth Strategy Consulting
Demand Spring
Shape B2B growth strategy remotely for Demand Spring, using ICP development and positioning to clarify who clients target and why buyers care.
As a fractional executive reporting to the CEO, you will advise client leadership and architect strategic foundations. Your work spans segmentation, messaging, content strategy, and revenue marketing execution across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead buyer journey mapping, persona research, and customer insight projects
- Design voice of customer research using interviews and surveys
- Develop validated ICP, segmentation, and positioning frameworks
- Build messaging hierarchies and content strategies for buyer journeys
- Translate strategy into sales enablement and marketing handoffs
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B brand, growth, or positioning strategy
- Successful ICP, segmentation, and positioning framework experience
- Strong win-loss research and competitive intelligence capabilities
- Excellent writing and narrative construction skills
- Executive workshop facilitation and cross-functional alignment experience
