Nanny Wanted - Join Our Loving Family As A Nanny In Collingwood For Our Infant

Our family is looking for a warm, experienced, and engaging part-time nanny to care for our sweet 5-month-old daughter beginning in late September or early October 2026. This is a year long position, that would evolve into full time in January** ideal for someone who truly loves the infant stage and enjoys watching little ones grow through all of the exciting changes that happen during the first year of life. We're hoping to find someone with hands-on infant experience who understands that routines, naps, feeding schedules, and developmental needs are constantly evolving. Flexibility, patience, and confidence are important, as every new leap brings new adventures! Both my husband and I work from home. I'll be available to breastfeed throughout the day, and as our daughter grows, we'll need support introducing solids and following her changing routines. While we're home, we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking the lead so we can stay focused on work. Our ideal nanny is someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with babies—reading, lots of singing, playing, spending time outdoors, going for walks, and attending local music classes or other age-appropriate activities. We'd love someone who is proactive, nurturing, and excited to help foster curiosity and development. In addition to childcare, we'd appreciate help with light household tasks related to the children, including:

• Children's laundry
• Tidying play areas and keeping baby items organized
• Washing bottles, dishes, and feeding supplies
• Occasional errands such as grocery pickups or small organizational tasks

A valid driver's licence is considered a strong asset. We have a vehicle available for use when taking our daughter on outings or running occasional errands. It's also important this person is not farther than 35 km away as we have had poor experiences with far candidates and bad winter weather.
