Experienced Custom Furniture Upholsterer

We are seeking highly skilled, experienced upholsterers with a background in custom furniture manufacturing to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for craftspeople who take pride in precision workmanship and are passionate about creating furniture that meets the highest standards of quality.
Our work serves discerning residential clients and luxury marine projects where attention to detail is non-negotiable. If you have experience producing custom, high-end furniture and understand the expectations of premium craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Upholster custom furniture to exact specifications
- Work with a wide range of premium materials, including leather, specialty fabrics, and directional textiles
- Perform precise pattern matching and fabric alignment
- Interpret drawings, work orders, and design specifications
- Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure flawless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of upholstery experience in the custom furniture industry
- Proven experience working with leather and directional textiles
- Strong pattern-matching skills and attention to detail
- Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, yacht, or marine-quality upholstery preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to craftsmanship
