Senior Sales Executive (Life Sciences & Time-Critical Logistics)

That means we’re looking for a sales professional who sells with credibility, runs a clean pipeline, and can build real account depth over time.
What you’ll be doing
This is consultative logistics sales focused on long-term account development (not rate‑chasing or transactional quoting).
You’ll be responsible for:
- Opening new accounts in life sciences, healthcare, and other performance‑driven sectors
- Building relationships with decision‑makers (Ops, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, Finance)
- Positioning ReGEN as a precision execution partner — where accountability and follow‑through matter
- Leading discovery and translating requirements into clear, executable solutions
- Working tightly with Operations to align what’s sold with what’s delivered
- Running a structured pipeline : activity discipline, forecasting, and reporting that leadership can trust
What “good” looks like in this role
- You’re comfortable selling into environments where risk, compliance, and reputational stakes are real
- You ask better questions than your competitors — and you don’t overpromise
- You build accounts, not just shipments
- You keep your CRM clean, your follow‑ups tight, and your commitments intact
What we’re looking for
- 2–5+ years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain sales
- Airfreight / time-sensitive experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to life sciences / healthcare accounts is an asset
- Strong executive communication and professional presence
- Self‑directed, accountable, and performance‑driven (without needing constant supervision)
- Hybrid role based in the GTA
- Regular in‑office presence is required
- Fully remote applicants will not be considered
Eligibility & requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Canada at time of application
- Able to reliably commute to Oakville, ON
- Professional‑level written and verbal English
- Background check required as a condition of employment
