Sales Account Manager - Bilingual (French/English)

​We are partnering with a leading supplier to the global meat industry to recruit a Sales Account Manager responsible for managing and growing key accounts across Canada.

This is a customer-facing, consultative sales role focused on selling ingredients to large meat manufacturers. You'll develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and drive sales growth through regular travel and on-site engagement with food production customers.

Key Requirements:

• Proven B2B industrial sales experience

• Strong account management and business development skills

• Self-motivated, organised, and persistent approach

• Comfortable working independently and spending significant time on the road

• Fluent in English and French

Location: Near Montreal or Toronto

Working Model: Remote, with flexibility to work from the Montreal office, particularly during the onboarding period

This opportunity will suit a hands-on sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified with proven sales/account management experience, ideally within food manufacturing or B2B industrial sales.

• Experience level circa 5 years.

• Bilingual in French and English.

• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, results-driven and skilled at developing new business and managing key accounts.

• Able to solve customer challenges, manage conflict and build long-term relationships.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, QlikSense or JD Edwards is advantageous.

• Based near Montreal or Toronto with the flexibility to travel frequently (up to 40%).

• Valid, clean driving licence required.
