• Deliver best-in-class customer service daily
• Answer phone queries and assist walk-in customers
• Manage monetary transactions and inventory tasks
• Conduct warranty assessments and tool replacements
• Merchandise showroom and replenish stock as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Experience with electric tools is an asset
• Outgoing personality with conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
