Coordinateur ou Coordinatrice d’Agence Thermomix Montreal

Chez Vorwerk , nous créons une expérience de marque fortes autour de notre produit iconique le Thermomix . Pour accompagner l’activité de notre agence, nous recherchons une personne organisée, proactive et orientée service, capable de coordonner les activités quotidiennes et de soutenir efficacement les équipes commerciales, les conseillères et conseillers ainsi que l’expérience client en agence.

Coordonner les activités quotidiennes de l’agence liées à l’activité Thermomix
Soutenir l’organisation administrative et opérationnelle de l’agence
Accompagner les équipes commerciales et les conseillères et conseillers dans leur activité au quotidien
Préparer les supports, reportings, présentations et communications internes
Participer à l’organisation d’événements, démonstrations et expériences culinaires
Assurer le suivi logistique, administratif et la coordination des besoins locaux
Contribuer à une expérience client professionnelle, fluide et accueillante
Veiller au respect des standards de marque et des processus internes

Votre profil

Formation commerciale, administrative ou équivalente
Première expérience en coordination, support commercial, administration, retail ou service client
Excellent sens de l’organisation et de la gestion des priorités
Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et digitaux courants
Esprit d’équipe, autonomie, rigueur et sens du service
Une expérience en environnement de vente directe, événementiel ou produits premium est un atout
