Apply foundation engineering expertise and numerical modelling as a Geotechnical Engineer at SYSTRA Canada, supporting hybrid transportation and infrastructure projects. Your recommendations will inform critical designs.As part of SYSTRA Canada’s consulting and engineering practice, you will provide technical support for foundation and pavement engineering. The work includes foundation design input, ground response analyses, seismic site characterization, and reporting. You will contribute across transportation, infrastructure, and major developments.Key Responsibilities:
Develop geotechnical recommendations for foundation systemsProvide technical input on ground response and seismic designContribute to foundations, pavements, roads, and retaining structuresPrepare and review factual geotechnical data reportsEnsure work meets standards, codes, and safety regulationsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited engineering institutionGeotechnical, civil, or geological engineering backgroundP.Eng. designation required for this position12+ years of geotechnical experience related to foundationsStrong seismic and liquefaction analysis experienceUse foundation design, seismic characterization, and reporting capabilities to support SYSTRA Canada’s multidisciplinary engineering delivery.
