Meticulous Housekeeper for Organized Burnaby Home

We’re a family of four in Burnaby — two adults, two young children — looking for a housekeeper who genuinely takes pride in an immaculate, well-ordered home. In our house, everything has a place. We keep things minimal and organized, and we’re looking for someone who notices when a shelf is off, a drawer is out of order, or laundry isn’t folded the way it should be. Surface-level clean isn’t what we’re after — we want a home that feels calm and put-together every single day. What the role involves:

• Thorough cleaning throughout the home. Not just surface but behind the cabinets, drawers.
• Laundry from start to finish — washed, folded, and put away properly
• Keeping kids’ rooms, clothes, and closets consistently organized
• Maintaining a spotless, orderly kitchen
• Closets and storage kept neat and systemized
• Light cooking and meal prep, including after-school snacks for the kids

The right person is naturally detail-oriented, takes initiative without needing reminders, and finds satisfaction in a well-run home. Please share your experience, availability, and rate. This is a live-out position with a schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the morning and middle of the day, for less than 20 hours per week. Main duties include:

• Cleaning the inside of the home and immediate external areas
• Full kitchen cleaning, including dishes, counters, floors, and cleaning inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, and pantry
• Laundry, including washing and drying clothing and household items
• Ironing
• Bed making and linen changing
• Rotating seasonal clothing in closets
• Maintaining the pantry and regularly removing out-of-date or spoiled items
• Meal preparation and service

A driver’s license is not required, and automobile use is not applicable for this role. I am looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in house and apartment cleaning who can work independently and help keep my home running smoothly.
