In this energetic role, you will supervise the engineering team, mentor junior engineers, and conduct underground inspections. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize production and ensure compliance with mining regulations and safety standards while supporting ongoing development initiatives at one of Canada’s key copper projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and compliance efforts
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff
• Review mine engineering plans and schedules
• Drive annual budget and production forecasting
• Collaborate on production scheduling with geology

Requirements

• Registered P.Eng in Saskatchewan or eligible
• 7+ years of underground mining experience
• Tertiary qualification in Mine Engineering
• Proficiency with Deswik mining suite
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
