Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Willing to work shift work and weekends
• Mechanically inclined
• Previous construction and operating experience

Compensation Data

$25-$30 per hour.

Day in the Life

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and become an essential part of our asphalt plant team, where you'll help produce the high-quality asphalt that keeps our roads moving. From assisting with plant operations and monitoring materials to maintaining equipment and keeping the site running efficiently, you'll play a key role in every stage of production. Whether you're operating loaders and other equipment, performing routine maintenance, supporting quality control, or ensuring the plant stays clean and organized, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.

Safety will always be your number one priority as you follow established procedures, wear the appropriate PPE, remain alert to potential hazards, communicate effectively with your team, and help foster a strong safety-first culture throughout the plant.
