About The Role
Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful
Smith Creek Village . In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for our residents. As an LPN, you’ll:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
- Take pride in administering medications, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans for residents.
- Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology like Point-Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Lead by example, demonstrating our ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships with residents, their families, and your team.

Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
- Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
- Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

You possess a deep understanding of medication administration protocols, standard precaution techniques, outbreak management, and pain management strategies, among other essential elements of healthcare delivery. Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $32.84 - $41.35 as detailed in Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement.
