Litigation Legal Assistant for Established Firm

You will prepare and format legal documents, monitor deadlines, and manage files, all while applying your knowledge in civil and commercial litigation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format court documents and correspondence
- Monitor litigation files, deadlines, and calendars
- Compile books of exhibits and proceedings
- Conduct searches in public registries as needed
- Manage administrative tasks like billing and time entries
- Minimum of 5 years as a legal assistant in litigation
- Diploma in secretarial studies or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage
- Excellent command of written and spoken French
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
