Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol programming and operating CNC lathes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for machining operations- Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools- Program CNC machines using Mazatrol language- Conduct regular maintenance on machines and equipment- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator- Proficiency in Mazatrol programming- Familiarity with hand tools and welding techniques- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machine issues- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus
