Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized massage therapy treatments tailored to clients' specific needs and health goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify tension, discomfort, or pain.
- Educate clients on self-care strategies, post-treatment exercises, and overall wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records in compliance with CMTO standards.
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
What We're Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Valid liability insurance as required by the CMTO.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous learning.
