Job Summary
Wij zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en nauwkeurige HR-administrateur voor ons centrale HR-team in Papendrecht. In deze functie vorm je de operationele ruggengraat van onze HR-competentiecentra. Je ondersteunt collega’s op het gebied van beloning, mobiliteit, welzijn en communicatie, en zorgt er tegelijkertijd voor dat onze centrale HR-afdeling administratief soepel blijft draaien. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Country HR Director en werkt nauw samen met HR-specialisten uit verschillende disciplines.
Job Responsibilities
As HR administrator you will be responsible for providing operational support to the various Centres of Expertise. You will also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the central HR department. Your responsibilities include:
Rewards & Benefits:
- Supporting payroll control and validation;
- Administering the company Lease Bike Plan and related reporting;
- Monitoring data quality within the HRIS through reporting and set out measures for improvement for HR support teams.
Mobility
- Supporting employees with relocation-related questions and administrative processes.
Vitality & Benefits
- Managing the Employee Insurance Agency employer portal (UWV werkgeversportaal) and taking care that the administration is carried out correctly and in time.
Communications
- Maintaining and posting (HR) updates on the company’s intranet;
- Handling central HR-Related mail correspondence.
Office Support and Employee Experience
- Managing incoming and outgoing postal mail;
- Supporting the Central HR Team with ad-hoc administrative and local activities;
- Maintaining SharePoint documentation and document control;
- Processing and managing invoices intended for central HR, including administrative follow-up;
- Coordinating milestone recognitions (birthdays, births, weddings) and other special occasions.
Job Qualifications
Je bent gestructureerd, servicegericht en voelt je thuis in een dynamische, internationale omgeving. Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig werken, terwijl je nauw contact houdt met je team.
Daarnaast beschik je over:
- 3+ jaar ervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende functie (bij voorkeur op het gebied van HR of Finance),
- Uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office en vertrouwdheid met HR-systemen,
- Ervaring met – of het vermogen om te gedijen in – een complexe, internationale matrixorganisatie,
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling),
- Een proactieve instelling en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel,
- Grote nauwkeurigheid en discretie bij het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie,
- Beschikbaarheid om 32-40 uur per week op locatie in Papendrecht te werken.
