Position: Receptionist

Location: Oakville, Ontario - L6H 0J8

Client: Leading Tools Manufacturing Industry

Duration: 8 days contract (Possible to extend)

Payrate: $23-25/hr

 

Duties:

Cover front desk while Office Concierge is out.

 

Assist with visitor check-in procedures and badge distribution

Provide basic administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry

Respond to general inquiries from employees, guests, and vendors

Support office operations with additional tasks as assigned

Skills:

Professional and friendly communication

Strong customer service skills

Experience greeting visitors and managing the front desk

Basic administrative support skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email

Dependability, professionalism, and punctuality

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education:        

High School Diploma or GED
