Performance Enablement Technology Manager

Shape employee performance technology at Scotiabank through View email address on ca.hrm.tc expertise, process improvement, and strong stakeholder communication in Toronto.This Manager leads technical performance programming within Global HR and supports a Bank-wide performance management strategy. The work covers annual performance processes, platform enhancements, user acceptance testing, and reporting. Partnerships include HR Modernization, HR Operations, technology teams, and HR Business Partners.Key Responsibilities:
Enhance employee and manager experiences within View email address on ca.hrm.tc with technology teams on performance improvementsManage performance calibration, reporting, and role-based permissionsTranslate enhancements into technology-enabled business requirementsSupport communications and change management for new approachesRequirements:
Over five years of relevant HR or Talent Management experienceExperience partnering with technical teamsExperience developing content and presentation materialsAbility to manage competing priorities without compromising qualityFamiliarity with Workday, SAP, or similar systemsUse performance systems knowledge and employee experience insight to improve Scotiabank’s global HR technology processes.
