Senior Legal Counsel for Aviation Services

As Senior Legal Counsel at Bombardier's Administrative Centre, you will support the Aftermarket division by navigating complex aviation agreements in a hybrid work model. Contribute your legal expertise in contract negotiation and compliance to ensure exceptional customer support.
Reporting directly to the Director of Contracts and Legal Services, your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating diverse agreements while managing claims and providing strategic legal guidance. This role emphasizes collaboration, predicting stakeholder needs, and implementing effective governance processes to mitigate legal risks successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate aircraft service agreements
• Advise on claims and legal compliance issues
• Develop proactive solutions for clients' needs
• Ensure seamless communication between legal and operational teams
• Anticipate and address potential legal challenges
Requirements:
• Canadian Province or U.S. State Bar membership
• 8+ years in commercial law or litigation
• Excellent negotiation and drafting abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong ability to operate in fast-paced situations
