About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead corporate and head office recruitment across the U.S. market. This role focuses on hiring Manager, Senior Manager, and Director-level talent across functions including HR, Merchandising, Store Development, and IT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail corporate recruitment and headhunting , with the ability to proactively source passive talent, influence senior stakeholders, and provide market insight to hiring leaders. Experience recruiting in the U.S. market is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and execute proactive headhunting and executive sourcing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for Manager, Senior Manager, and Director-level roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify top candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment strategy.
• Provide market intelligence, salary insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Drive candidate engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Lead intake meetings, calibration sessions, and hiring discussions.
• Deliver regular updates on talent pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor and confidently challenge hiring managers when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate recruitment experience.
• Strong experience hiring for office-based corporate functions.
• Proven success recruiting Manager, Senior Manager, and Director-level talent.
• Retail industry recruitment and headhunting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. talent market and compensation landscape.
• Experience supporting hiring across functions such as:
• Human Resources
• Merchandising
• Store Development
• Information Technology
• Operations
• Corporate Services
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency recruiting experience with strong headhunting success.
• Experience supporting large-scale corporate hiring initiatives.
