Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team on a part-time independent contractor basis. Initially, the schedule will cover Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays , with excellent potential to expand hours and days in the future as your practice grows with us.

This is an incredible opportunity for a practitioner who aligns with an integrative, patient-centered model and wants to collaborate cross-disciplinarily with other dedicated health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial health assessments and patient intakes prior to treatment.
• Provide high-quality, individualized therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs.
• Develop effective home-care and self-management recommendations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient electronic medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with our existing team of manual osteopaths, RMT's, psychotherapists, and hypnotists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to support long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized massage therapy diploma program.
• Must be fully licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Must hold valid, active professional liability insurance.
• Strong alignment with a mindfulness-based, holistic, and collaborative healthcare model.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Compensation & Terms:

• Structure: Competitive 70/30 split (70% practitioner / 30% clinic).
• Schedule: Part-time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), with options for expansion.
• Environment: Fully supported practice environment with administrative backing, patient referrals from the existing multidisciplinary team, and a warm, community-focused clinic culture.
