Shape collaboration platforms at CPP Investments through technical leadership, roadmap planning, and reliable enterprise audiovisual engineering.This Lead Engineer role supports meeting room systems, conferencing technologies, digital signage, and integrated workplace solutions. You will develop the AV technology roadmap, lead complex initiatives, and resolve critical issues. The position partners with architecture, security, network, workplace, and vendor teams.Key Responsibilities:
Develop AV roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and investment prioritiesResolve complex L3 collaboration technology issuesIntegrate AppSpace, Cisco Spaces, ServiceNow WSD, and monitoringEvaluate emerging solutions through technical proofs of conceptCoordinate designs, implementations, testing, and operational transitionRequirements:
Experience supporting large, complex AV environmentsExpertise across audio, video, infrastructure, and AV over IPExperience evaluating platforms and leading technical upgradesVendor experience reviewing designs, proposals, and statementsAbility to mentor teams and influence stakeholdersUse roadmap discipline, platform integration, and collaborative leadership to advance CPP Investments’ enterprise workplace technology.
