DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche de Coach agiles motivé à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient d'accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des pratiques agiles, faciliter les ateliers et les rituels, coacher les Scrum Masters et les Product Owners, observer les modes de travail et proposer des améliorations, soutenir la montée en compétence des équipes, favoriser l'auto-organisation et l'amélioration continue, et aider l'organisation à renforcer sa culture agile.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des pratiques agiles.
Faciliter les rituels, ateliers et dynamiques de collaboration.
Coacher les Scrum Masters, Product Owners et équipes de livraison.
Observer les modes de fonctionnement et repérer les blocages.
Proposer des améliorations concrètes et adaptées au contexte.
Favoriser l'auto-organisation et la responsabilisation des équipes.
Soutenir l'amélioration continue et la culture agile dans l'organisation.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou toutes disciplines connexes.
Cinq (05) à dix (10) années d'expérience en technologie de l'information
Trois (03) à sept (07) années d'expérience comme Coach agile.
Expérience avec l'un des cadre suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
Expérience avec l'un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Détenir l'une des certifications suivantes: Certified Agile Coach Niveau 1, ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching Certification), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (ASM), Coach Agile Professionnel AgilBee®, SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
Expérience dans les organismes publics ou privés du Canada.
Langue : Français et Anglais
