Store Manager

A typical day:

• Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
• Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in‑store experience
• Focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising

Successful candidates will have:

• Bring a minimum of five years’ retail experience, including at least two years in a management role
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment
• Show strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Exhibit confident leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities
