- Assess and implement occupational therapy interventions
- Develop treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
- Ensure ongoing communication within the care team
- Document findings, treatment plans, and progress
- Participate in weekend on-call services as needed
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Skilled in electronic documentation
- Experience in caseload management
