Promote a solid safety culture on site Ensure proper concrete placement and finishing Inspect formwork and steel reinforcement quality Compact concrete with vibrators and finishing tools Signal operators for effective material movement Install fixtures for durability (as guided by heavy civil construction experience) Requirements

3+ years of concrete finishing experience Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a positive driving record Willingness to travel for short assignments Pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing required
