- Create checklists and quality control measures
- Lead operational activities on client projects
- Collaborate with legal experts to streamline operations
- Define AI integration for improved workflows
- LL.B. or J.D. required
- Minimum 7 years in legal operations or management
- Experience with legal process documentation
- Strong understanding of AI in legal contexts
- Exceptional client and stakeholder engagement skills
