Restaurant Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff in customer service excellence and food handling practices.
• Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and presentation standards.
• Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing transactions.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
