Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff in customer service excellence and food handling practices.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and presentation standards.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing transactions.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
