Financial Controller External Reporting
Executive Solutions
Lead external reporting, financial close, and treasury as Controller supporting senior stakeholders, government agencies, and the Board of Directors. Oversee Yardi controls and finance operations.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Business Solutions, you will lead finance professionals and maintain accurate financial results. The work covers nonprofit accounting, audited statements, compliance agreements, government filings, and operational reporting. You will also support property and capital project reporting.Key Responsibilities:

Chartered Professional Accounting designationTen years post designation experience, including five leading teamsNonprofit and registered charity accounting knowledgeFinancial reporting, treasury, audit, and external stakeholder experienceAdvanced Excel modelling and Yardi or ERP experienceApply financial leadership, reporting expertise, treasury knowledge, and Yardi experience to strengthen accurate organizational financial management.
