Basée à Champagne-sur-Oise, l’entreprise Champagne Construction Rénovation apporte son expertise dans la restauration de patrimoine ancien en maçonnerie, taille de pierre, ravalement de façades sur des monuments classés ou inscrits, ainsi que sur des opérations de réhabilitation lourde patrimoniale.
Composée d’environ 80 collaborateurs, elle réalise un chiffre d’affaires annuel de 14 millions d’euros. Elle appartient au Groupe BALAS, groupe indépendant et familial.
Vous menez des opérations en travaux de réhabilitation et restructuration sur des bâtiments tertiaires ou institutionnels pour des clients privés et publics sur Paris et la Région Parisienne.
A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :
Terrasser et niveler un fond de fouille de fondation, tranchée…
Réaliser, coffrer, couler et décoffrer des ouvrages ou éléments en béton.
Assembler, positionner et installer un ferraillage d’armatures de béton.
Monter des murs par maçonnage d’éléments portés (parpaings, briques, ... ).
Réaliser la pose de réseaux de canalisations d’évacuation ou fourreaux enterrés.
Réaliser des ouvertures de baies, portes ou fenêtres dans mur porteur.
Assembler, poser et sceller des éléments préfabriqués en béton.
Réaliser et appliquer des enduits ou mortiers.
Autonome, polyvalent et motivé, vous justifiez d’une première expérience en qualité de Chef d’équipe sur des opérations en réhabilitation ou de restructuration. Vous disposez de compétences en maçonnerie gros œuvre et/ou coffrage béton armé.
Issu d’un formation en gros œuvre et/ ou en maçonnerie (BP ou BAC Pro)
Doté d’une bonne condition physique, vous respectez les consignes de sécurité et avez le goût du travail en équipe.
Vous maîtrisez la technique de boisage, ferraillage, coulage du béton et de maçonnerie.
Le montage et démontage des échafaudages de pied ainsi que l’utilisation d’engin nécessitant une habilitation sera un plus.
