Pharmasave #406 (Swift Current) is seeking a full-time Post Office Supervisor to lead daily Post Office operations and support a positive, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:-Oversee daily Post Office operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
-Lead, train, and support Post Office staff; maintain a professional public image.
-Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
-Manage inventory, cashiering, and workflow optimization
-Collaborate with the front store team to increase visibility and sales
-Assist with performance reviews and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:
-Retail or sales supervisory experience preferred; Canada Post experience is an asset.
-Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
-Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
-Able to lift to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and use a ladder as required
-Flexible availability (evenings/weekends); Criminal Record Check required Schedule:
-40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Compensation & Benefits:
