Oilfield Truck Dispatcher

Goudy Transport Inc is a thriving family-owned company, operating primarily in southeast Saskatchewan. We are seeking a DISPATCHER in Stoughton for our growing fleet.

The successful applicant will be primarily responsible to interact with clients and drivers to keep up-to-date information on routes, inventories and schedules while cultivating strong relationships with drivers and customers.  

Job :
* Coordinating daily work
* Reviewing  daily work and strategically re-evaluating to respond to changes
* Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction

* Planning and scheduling for outages, haul diversions, holidays, etc.

* Teamwork with all company staff

Job Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience  
* Post-secondary education or training is an asset

* Experience in the oilfield particularly with land locations
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Microsoft Excel and computer skills
* Exceptional critical thinking and problem resolution skills
* Aptitude to apply knowledge & experience to "see the big picture"  
* Detail-oriented, organized and flexible
* Process-driven individual, who excels at executing tasks from conception through to completion
* Professional, prompt communication skills - both internal & external
* A motivated individual with an uncompromising commitment to safety
