Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Manager Customer Supply working in Longueuil, Quebec , you will be part of the Supply & Service team . You will serve as a key supply chain partner for strategic customers across Canada, building strong customer relationships and translating business needs into effective supply and execution plans. You will help improve product availability, support successful product launches, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and partner across Sales, Customer Operations and Supply & Service.

This position reports to the Director Supply & Service Canada and works closely with strategic customers, Sales Leadership, Customer Operations Leadership and Supply & Service partners across Canada. The role also leads 1–2 direct reports.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

• Most importantly, you will lead a team of 1–2 talented colleagues and support their growth and development while providing leadership and influence across internal and external partners.
• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, supporting customer initiatives and activations across accounts such as Couche-Tard, Loblaw, Metro, Super C and provincial liquor boards.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to improve on-shelf availability and supply execution, using data and insights to identify opportunities related to inventory levels, out-of-stocks, shipment execution and other service measures.
• Lead supply planning and execution for new products and innovation launches, proactively developing inventory plans and coordinating changes needed to deliver strong execution from launch. Serve as a key connection between customers, Sales and Supply & Service when quality alerts or other issues require adjustments to execution plans.
• Meet regularly with customers, Sales and internal partners to review business performance and recommendations, translating insights into actions that improve customer service and support business results.

Key Ingredients:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in supply chain and working with key customer accounts and/or provincial boards.
• You have demonstrated experience with inventory management, new product launches and implementing process or system improvements.
• You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional partners to achieve desired outcomes.
• You have French language fluency.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards  Offerings: $101,000.00 - $132,600.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
