Dutch-Speaking Inbound Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

What you’ll do

You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers – handling their questions around orders, returns, products, and their overall shopping experience. In detail:

• Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch

• order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries

• providing product information and shopping advice

• accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system

• close collaboration with your team and Team Lead

What you bring

• first experience in customer service – ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment

• native-level Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must

• good English skills for internal communication and training

• strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer contact

• self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work

• stable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems
