Quantity Surveyor Consultant Energy Sector

With over 5 years of experience, you are an accomplished Quantity Surveyor ready to enhance your impact. In this role, you will oversee cost estimates, ensure client value through careful analysis, and lead discussions on value engineering. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be vital in achieving project objectives and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive cost estimates for projects - Analyze tender documents for effective client solutions - Participate in value engineering discussions - Contribute to contract commercial inputs - Lead client and consultant interfacing efforts
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years in cost estimating roles - Relevant degree in Engineering or Construction - CIQS/RICS membership is advantageous - Strong knowledge of estimating tools - Driven and motivated with team spirit
