Estimateur Pertes Majeures Hybride

Intégrez l’équipe d’Intact en tant qu'estimateur de pertes majeures dans un cadre de travail hybride. Utilisez votre expertise pour évaluer les sinistres et assurer des estimations précises. Nous recherchons un estimateur de pertes majeures avec une expérience de 5 à 8 années en estimation après sinistre, dont 2-3 ans en pertes majeures. Vous serez chargé de déterminer les coûts de restauration des bâtiments sinistrés tout en fournissant une assistance technique aux experts en sinistres. Ce poste exige des compétences en négociation et une bonne communication interpersonnelle. Key Responsibilities:
- Évaluer les coûts de restauration des bâtiments sinistrés
- Établir des valeurs précises de reconstruction
- Offrir un soutien technique aux spécialistes internes
- Négocier avec des entrepreneurs sur les coûts
- Gérer les plaintes relatives à la qualité des travaux
- Diplôme en estimation bâtiment ou expérience équivalente
- 5 à 8 ans en estimation après sinistre
- Maîtrise du logiciel Xactimate
- Connaissance de la remise à l'état de bâtiments sinistrés
- Bilinguisme (Français/Anglais) requis
