You will assist in organizing case files for labor disputes, terminations, and discrimination cases while drafting legal documents and conducting research. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on labor law issues • Draft legal correspondence and briefs for cases • Interview employees and witnesses to gather evidence • Support due-diligence research and compliance measures • Prepare regulatory compliance filings and analyze data

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree or legal designation required • Minimum three years in HR compliance and legal environments • Knowledge of Ontario and Quebec employment laws • Fluent in English and French; Secret security clearance requested • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks
