• Partner with Central Delivery for candidate sourcing
• Identify and implement innovative client solutions
• Coach candidates on interview skills and compatibility
• Assist with training plans to develop career goals

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years in recruitment or HR services
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Bilingual capabilities are an asset
