Job Description
The sales consultant is responsible for supporting customers throughout their shopping experiences and building relationships with them in order to understand better their needs.
- Cultivate a refined customer experience by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, guiding customers in their choices.
- Use strategic communication to drive sales, consistently exceeding set goals.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A previous sales experience is required;
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously during peak periods;
- Enjoy working with the public;
- Have a developed team spirit.
