Lead Line Cook: Mentor & Craft Authentic Italian Dishes

Eataly in Toronto is seeking a Lead Line Cook to transform high-quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment. You will oversee line cooks, plate dishes, and ensure consistency with recipes and safety standards.
Qualifications include 2+ years in food prep, strong leadership and communication skills, and a culinary arts degree preferred. A flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
