IT Support Specialist at Buckland
Buckland
Join Buckland as an IT Support Specialist in St. Thomas to provide essential tech support through ITIL best practices. You'll resolve issues, optimize systems, and improve service delivery seamlessly. In this vital role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to help both onsite and remote users. Engaging directly with internal teams, you'll handle service requests, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure compliance with defined OLA and SLA standards. Your contributions will be key in enhancing user satisfaction and service efficiency through proactive IT support. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to helpdesk requests via ticketing or in person
- Install and maintain Windows systems and software
- Support telecommunications and office equipment
- Participate in systems testing and updates
- Create and update IT documentation for resources
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years in technical support roles
- ITIL Foundations certification required
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
