Tricon Homes Facilities Operations Manager

Tricon Homes is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to lead our office environment in Toronto. Drive excellence in facility management and enhance employee experiences. As the Office Manager, your focus will be on the operational aspects of Tricon’s corporate office, ensuring it remains a clean and professional environment. You'll coordinate with vendors, manage facility budgets, and supervise the Hospitality Team, contributing to the success of office events. This position is vital in aligning daily operations with Tricon’s high standards and culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and operational needs of office spaces
• Plan and implement ongoing facility improvements
• Monitor contractor performance against agreements
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships
• Coordinate office moves and workstation setups

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in office or facilities management
• Knowledge of HVAC and building maintenance
• Experience in successfully managing service agreements
• Strong communication and organizational proficiency
• Detail-oriented approach with a service-minded attitude
